A Spring Lake Lanier, Georgia Intimate Wedding
While their big celebration has been postponed till November, Emma and Alex decided to celebrate their love and get married on their original wedding date. Which, I’m thrilled about…double celebrations!
They had a beautiful intimate ceremony with their immediate family at Emma’s family lake house surrounded by beautiful water, incredible nature, and a peaceful lakeside day. And more importantly their families filled this relaxing intimate day with love, comfort, and beautiful words.
Emma got ready in her “something blue” pajamas with her mom and aunt and had a relaxing morning. And Alex got ready with his brothers and had his mom top things off by pinning on his boutonnière moments before the ceremony. Once Emma was ready she had a sweet first look and quiet moments with her dad before joining the rest of the family at the ceremony space.
Emma and Alex said “I Do” on the porch overlooking the sun-filled lake. Their ceremony was followed by lots of flying petals and toasts to celebrate the newlyweds! After the ceremony we took SO many beautiful portraits (scroll below for all the goodness) and ended with a beautiful brunch on Emma’s parent’s wedding china (for a little something borrowed) and cake!
Congrats, Emma and Alex! I wish you both nothing but happiness and I can’t wait to celebrate with you both again in November!
Thank you to all the vendors and family that made Emma and Alex’s intimate ceremony possible!
