Fun Fridays are blog posts where I share things I’m loving, life tips, favorite products, or anything else that I’m excited about that week…all bets are off! 

So welcome to Fun Friday!

Today I’m sharing one of my greatest productivity tools….Brain.fm.

Throughout my days there are so many things to get distracted by that break up my productivity…people talking around me, people talking to me, meetings, classes, and random things in between. One of the things that helps me focus is to listen to music with no words for a set block of time. And Brain.fm does just that!

What I love about Brain.fm is that the app has lots of options of non-distracting sounds that change frequently enough that it doesn’t make me tired, and (bonus) I can set the music to last a certain block of time. This helps because I know if I set a music time block for 90 minutes, I can focus directly on the task at hand without looking at a clock, and it gives me a known set of time for a productive block of work.
